I am a teacher, and I was able to wear these all day without any pain in my arch or heels. Unfortunately, the right shoe’s tongue rubbed my ankle area and caused an abrasion. That aspect makes them uncomfortable. I have to wear taller socks or wear a bandage where the tongue of the shoe touches the top of my ankle to prevent it from rubbing the skin raw. Also, as other reviews said, they take some effort to get on. If it weren’t for the ankle issue, I would say they were a good value considering the low price point.
