I am not saying everything is perfect, but Senna Leaf is helping me.This is one of my favorite brands for Senna, good price and quality.I take 3 every night and it does nothing (even though I also take probiotics in the morning). I tried 5 and also did nothing. I used to drink the tea of senna dry leaves and it was amazing! Just one table spoon of leaves would be enough (no probiotics at that time). Because of keto diet, my fiber intake is low and the tea used to help a lot, I thought the capsules would be the same if not better, but I guess I’d have to take 6 to achieve the same effect of the tea.I've been buying and using this stuff for years.
