Hand-Dipped Beeswax Tapers Our tapers are classic candles dipped into pure molten beeswax at just the right temperature by a steady hand and a keen eye. They are dipped and cooled over twenty times each before a pair can be cut free from the oak rack. Kept out of drafts, these tapers will burn dripless. In fact, a taper's long, curled wick is essential in preventing drips. To prevent drips Keep tapers away from open windows, fans or excessive airflow of any kind. Place your hand behind flame when blowing out. To minimize smoke Set up strong Our tapers are a standard 7/8" at the base. Beeswax is very malleable. If your taper is a bit too large for the holder, it can be twit securely into place. If the holder is a bit large, melt the base of the taper over a flame before placing it in the holder. Read more

Product arrived nicely packaged and appears to be good quality.Theses candles are a beautiful color, but are not quite straight. They will do, though.I have had problems finding rich green candles, but these are perfect!These candles are EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for! My local beekeeper sells out of her taper candles SO quickly, that I’ve been unable to purchase ANY from her. So I decided I’ll have to purchase them elsewhere. I’m very picky with WHO I purchase from since there are scammers out there who claim their candles are beeswax, but meanwhile they are paraffin or even a mix of different waxes. I heard about Bluecorn Beeswax and I’ve heard nothing but great things about them! As much as it hurt me to not support my local beekeeper, I decided to give them a try. I am SO beyond happy with these candles! They ARE 100% beeswax and are a GREAT quality! I am currently burning them next to my witchy shrine and they work PERFECTLY! So so so happy with them and they are my THIRD set! A++++++++++ ^_^Love that they don't drip, and I have them in all colors, and the black ones stay black all the way through. They seem to burn fast, but for the quality, that's ok.Love the candles but one of them is bent! Took off 1 star for that.These lasted longer than the rolled up taper candles that I normally use. Im glad I read somewhere to just cut the wick in half and dont worry about trimming! The wick just burnt to where it was supposed to. They burn clean and I will definitely purchase again.One candle came with broken end, it was wax crumbs all over, and they stuck on the candles, like a pine cones. So I must to take them carefully and I created a new end in the broken candle instead of send them back to replace. Worked well.The candles are nice, however they were poorly packaged. Both had bends in them from transport. I used them once. I am waiting to see if they burn or drip oddly due to the bends.I use these candles for indoor healing reading rituals and their quality is necessary both as part of an offering andto improve the air quality . I wish Bluecorn sold unscented beeswax votive candles without a votive container as i can be sure of their quality. I will definitely buy these again.Really happy with these candles. The green pistachio colour is subtle. Although the package they came in was delivered with the top ripped open, the candles themselves were wrapped and they arrived intact.Great candles!Very nice scent and burn well. I did not notice any drippings(set them up straight and no drafts). They burn +/- 1inch an hour which is more than the candles i bought from another seller previously. Quality candles well worth the price!These candles are awesome! I ordered the apricot and the pistachio colours, and they're lovely! I'll order again and again and again :)
