I like this product very much. However both tubes came wrapped in plastic bags but each of the tubes was not sealed properly with tape, as previous tubes have been. Both of these tubes could have been used or not filled completely. This lack of of proper product safety control is distressing as another product of Aveda's hair care line came the same way. l purchased two bottles of Aveda's phomollient styling foam, neither was sealed properly both lacking any proper sealing that the customer opens, again anything could have been added to the bottles and one leaked in the outer plastic bags that had a small tag on it that said "new". Great products by Aveda but disappointed in the packaging of product.not heavy- but it did not add volume for me.I will buy again.best part- NO ITCH!Love it! Makes my fine hair look thicker. A little goes a long way.Aveda hair products are excellent. This conditioner does exactly what it says in its name.This is a great conditioner if you have fine hair. I have used this for a long time. At one time my hair was oily and this was absolutely the only conditioner I found that didn't weigh my hair down. My hair is not oily now but it still works great. It has the consistency of toothpaste, hence the tube dispenser. This is concentrated, so you just squeeze a bit onto your hand and it more or less melts into your hair. It rinses clean and leaves hair in good condition.My grandson has a mohawk that has gotten quite long. He was having a great deal of problem with snarling/knotting and was leaving a lot of hair in the bathroom after a shower. This has been a great conditioner preventing the excessive snarling after a shower. Also, does not have that perfumey smell so many conditioners do.This product allows me to go a day in-between washes. I don't wake up with flat hair the day after. The scent is a fresh clean scent. Definitely a must try. Did not give it the 5th star as my hair loses a little bit of it's shine when I use it. I recommend using it every other shampoo or even less. Next I will try the shampoo that has the same name. This is the fifth Aveda product I have tried and I have liked them all.This does exactly what I had hoped it would, which is give me a tiny bit of extra fullness and at the same time some great conditioning. It does exactly that. My hair comes out fuller and fluffier while having some extra body and smoothness. I didn't need or want super volumizing as I have plenty of hair. But it is a bit poofier when I use this. It has a nice herbal scent also as most Aveda products do. I'm quite pleased with this and will add it to my lineup of conditioners.Leaves your hair lovely
