A lightweight and breathable Fiddlerstyle cap made of 100% emerizing cotton . Inside the crown there is a cotton sweatband. Without the lining inside it is even more airy. It's a great cap for everyday use during warmer days. A traditional, classic pattern. Shape inspired by 'Fiddler on the Roof' main character - Tevia. This cap is available in big xxl and xxxl sizes . Precise handmade craftsmanship from Sterkowski family-run manufacture. Over 90 years of heritage Sterkowski has existed since 1926. We are a family company, the third and fourth generation devoted to this craft. We have been working for the company practically since we were children. We often used to spend time after lessons in the workshop helping parents with the production or just getting underfoot. Clatter of the sewing machines, smell of the materials, heat and steam of the presses make up our natural environment. We work for our name and we do it with heart. Traditional sewing techniques We do not produce on a mass scale. Plenty of our products are sewn in very small batches or on an order basis. We constantly learn, seek for new inspirations, improve the methods but we are faithful to traditional cap and hat making techniques, which have worked well for 90 years. We are a workshop and we intend to remain one. It is our way. Selection of materials We carefully choose materials for our caps and hats. Headwear is to offer above average comfort, provide ergonomics and be head-friendly. That is why we willingly use materials such as pure wool, cotton, natural linen, Harris Tweed or genuine leather. This hat is beautifully crafted. I am very impressed with the quality. I always wear a hat I have about 15 different ones. This by far is the best. My son saw my new hat and demanded I get him one also.I will definitely be ordering another one soon.The craftsmanship and quality of this hat is of the highest standard. It’s also easily the most comfortable hat I’ve ever worn. I wear it all day, everyday. I forget I’m even wearing it.I started with the woolen version of this awesome cap and eventually bought this one and the one made from linen. I think the linen cap is my favorite because of how it keeps it's shape. Honestly, I love all three of my Sterkowski hats and plan to wear them all year long.Very comfortable multi-season cap; added sweatband (and up) cotton insert along with name band on inside across top of head (from back to front) helps to maintain shape while allowing wicking/ventilation. Pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality.They don't come any better than this. I receive many compliments on thios cap eacvh and evbery day!Just what we wanted, just what we ordered, and could not be more pleased ! I love it!I bought two hats, the first in March, and the second in October. They both were M size which is 55 cm in diameter. However the 2nd hat was smaller than the first.beautiful Hat and fit as expectedI have bought four hats from Sterkowski. All have been very fine. This one is a gem. I have a 64cm head. In human terms this is freakishly large. Most hats and base ball caps finish at 61cms tops Sterkowski thank goodness have lasts for melon heads like mine. its such a pleasure to don a titfer tat without feeling like I have had plastic surgery on my face and the uncomfortable feeling that my eye lids wont close.Unless my head shrinks will be buying from Sterkowski again.I liked it .little deep though that reaches my ears .. otherwise I loved the quality and how deep black it is.My mistake I've been pulling it all the way down, but I just noticed that by doing so I'm changing the original design ?Nice hat, great fit.
