FROM THE OLIVE OIL LAND This olive oil made in Andalucía, the olive oil land, is the perfect for those who are looking for a strong flavor to dress all your recipes
I love frying eggs, meat and fish with this. I usually mix this with canola oil for frying potatoes. It's expensive, but worth it for the flavor. When frying potatoes for Tortilla de Patata I can usually reuse the oil (after filtering) 2-3 times at least. I also like the mild flavor for salads better than many Virgin oils, but that is a matter of personal taste. When I lived in Spain my wife would send me to the market for Olive oil, lemons and garlic instead of the more standard milk, butter and eggs. Also bread, always fresh baked bread. Whenever I came home without bread my wife would give me a hard time. I would say "you didn't tell me to get bread" and she would say that it's understood, bread is automatic.
