I'm 5'7" 125 lbs and I'm very easy to shop for as I take a Medium or a size 8. There's no in-between. Even my 7 day stint in jail the others were jealous that I took a medium in everything even bras and was very comfortable lol. These run incredibly small. I usually save 50% by buying a size XL in childrens but these wouldn't work no matter what I ordered. And the shirt rides up constantly. Very warm that's for sure. if its 10 below zero like is here in Wisconsin in Jan & February silk base layers make all the difference. but yeah about the shirt it rides up badly you'd have to use suspenders or somethings. The legs are 4" too short for my 5'7" frame
