I purchased this to replace another leaf catcher canister that just really wasn’t doing the job. Immediately when I plug this in my creepy went crazy. I figured my other container was full of debris, but when I looked, it had three leaves in it. This canister must create some sort of a vortex. It really makes my creepy go really well. Two thumbs up!Edit;Everything was good until I had to dump the leaves out of the basket. It was very hard to loosen the top to get the leaves out. I struggled for about five minutes to get the top off of the canister. I clean the canister out and went to go put it together and the little silicone O-ring doesn’t stay in place really well. I thought with that for about 10 minutes and finally got everything back together. It worked well. The next time I went to go clean the leaves out. I had a worse problem trying to get the top loose. My pool man was very happy with my decision until he started having to deal with it. Needless to say, it’s been a thorn in my behind since I purchased it. I’m not very happy with it and I have replaced it with my old standard that worked well.
