I had read the reviews that said the product became hard and unusable if left in the original package. So I immediately poured it into a plastic container with lid, and kept it in the refrigerator for good measure. As the picture shows, I received and opened it on the 15 of March, put it in the container, and the second pic is from the 3 of April. It may not be obvious, but it was still perfectly good powder, and I used the last of it that day.It tastes good, and I could feel its effect on my digestion. I recommend it, I don't think you could get much better for this price.
